NaturZest scrubs are in powder form and so are easy to handle, carry & store. To use these scrubs effectively, follow these 4 simple steps.

Step 1 – Take required quantity of scrub in a bowl.

Step 2 – Wet your skin and apply scrub on wet skin. Or alternatively, add a little water to the scrub and apply that paste on skin.

Step 3 – Massage skin gently in a circular motion for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 4 – Rinse off with water

Add-ons: You can mix NaturZest scrubs with some NaturZest virgin coconut oil for extra moisturizing if needed or for very dry skin.

Body Scrubs exfoliate the skin and remove dead cells from the outer layer of the skin. This increases the cell turnover and makes your skin look glowing and healthy. They can have coarse or fine granules of various skin enriching substances. Scrubbing off the dead skin stimulates cells making the skin look polished, brighter and smoother. A good scrub also moisturizes and gives radiance and nutrients to the skin.

At NaturZest we use natural materials as abrasives in scrubs and do not use any harmful material. This helps in skin rejuvenation and does not harm nature in doing so. NaturZest scrubs contain our special Virgin coconut oil which is extracted from fresh coconut milk. This oil gets absorbed very easily in the skin, and moisturizes and nourishes the skin from inside while removing dead dull looking cells from the top layer of skin.

Our products are natural and ingredients are derived from plants and so are good for most. Our Virgin Coconut oil is safe for everyone, including babies and old people . The products which have essential oils should be used 12 year age onwards. Pregnant women and very sick people should consult their doctors before use. Some people may have intolerance for some natural ingredients, so a patch test is suggested before use.

Acne and pimples is regular problem which can be seen at any age. It is mainly caused by blocked pores and oily skin, hormonal imbalance or it can be genetic conditions too. Following are the basic tips which can help in managing Acnes & pimples.

1. Wash your face gently with a mild, non-drying soap at least 2 times a day.
2. Remove makeup completely as soon as you come home
3. Treat dandruff if you have dandruff issue. Dandruff is one of the cause of increased acne or pimples.
4. Shampoo your hair regularly, if it is oily.
5. Do not prick your pimples, this causes deep scars which are difficult to heal.
6. Avoid touching or resting your hands on your face
7. Eat healthy foods, avoid junk, sugary & fried food.
8. Drink a lot of water.

10. If acnes are unmanageable and causing a lot of discomfort, visit dermatologist or your physician, who may help you to find underlying cause like harmonal imbalance etc.

A patch test is a easy way of checking whether your skin will react to new products such as cosmetics, soaps, moisturisers etc. Patch testing is a common way to check for a variety of allergies. At NaturZest we use all natural ingredients but some people may have intolerance for some of the natural ingredients too. So, it is advisable to do a patch test on small part of skin before actually using the product.

Patch testing is applying a small amount of the product to the skin and leaving it on for some time to see if a reaction develops. Generally patch test is done on inside area of the arm or bend of the elbow. Reaction can be in the form of itching or redness or some kind of discomfort. In general case such issues do not arise.

The oil was produced by the use of physical means and no chemical treatment so it is called ‘Virgin Oil’. Because no high heat is generated during the process it is named as ‘Cold processed’ method or cold pressed oil.

Sometimes dry copra oil can also be called as virgin coconut oil or cold pressed oil if it is extracted without using heat and chemical less process. So check before you buy Virgin Coconut Oil.

On the other hand NaturZest pure Virgin Coconut Oil extracted from Fresh coconut milk’ is as name says, extracted from fresh coconut milk in a cold process. It has better health qualities. We use Centrifuge method to extract NaturZest VCO, so heat is Not generated in the process. This oil is thin, clear so easily absorbs in skin.

NaturZest VCO is produced from the fresh meat of the coconut. The fresh coconut’s are halved and ground to get coconut meat. Then milk is extracted from this meat & added in centrifuge machine. The centrifugal force separates oil and water. This oil is very clear and of very mild smell of fresh coconuts. No heat or chemicals are used in this whole process so the good qualities of coconuts are intact.

Dry copra or dried coconut meat is used to make the regular coconut oil or ‘Khobarel oil’ or ‘Nariyal Tel’. The oil is extracted from the dried meat removed from shells of coconut in mill or in expeller. The oil has a very strong pungent smell of dry coconut, yellowish color. This oil is thicker. This oil is some times filtered, bleached & refined to give clear oil or to reduce smell. But refining process reduces good qualities of oil. This filtering and refining process uses high heat or chemical process, so it reduces the good qualities of oil further.
