We are sure that you will love our products. And we try our best so that you will not face any discomfort. However If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on returns & refunds as below.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to NaturZest LLP, Thane.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to NaturZest, accessible from https://www.naturzest.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Replacement of items

We deal in Personal care & Food items where hygiene is utmost important. So we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for sold products. However, we are eager to help you and will try our best to satisfy you. So we may offer the replacements or refunds on case by case basis. The genuine case of damage, leakage during shipping, wrong delivery of product(s) will be certainly taken into consideration.

To be applicable for replacements following conditions must be satisfied:

  • Damage, leakage during shipping or wrong products claim must be reported to us on the same date of delivery.
  • The claim must include photographs to show the damage or the wrong product sent to you.
  • After proper verification of information and photos sent by you, the replacement for the damaged product/ wrong products will be sent to you within 10 days of claim.
  • There may be some specific rare cases, where you will need to return the items to us to get the replacements. See the returning policy below.

There may be a case, where we will not be able to send the replacement products. In such cases, we will do all verification and once valid, initiate refund for the claim within 10 days.

Returning Goods ( required only in rare specific case)

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We will give you details of address in case where returning goods are necessary.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. In this case we are unable to issue a replacement/refund without actual received return delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed through www.naturzest.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.naturzest.com
