How to use natural desiccated coconut?

Dry  Stuffing of Topping –

Use as it is for topping of cakes, pastries, or snack items like poha & upma.
Lightly roast and use it in the recipe as a substitute to roasted fresh coconut, especially like Ladoos, Modak, or Karanji

Chutney, Gravy base –

Add all the required spices or items in a mixie, along with desiccate coconut. Add some water and grind to make a fine paste. The chutney or gravy base will taste just like it is made from fresh grated coconut.

Wet stuffing or as fresh coconut –

Take required quantity of desiccated coconut, add some water and mix well using spoon. Water will be absorbed within few minutes , and fresh coconut will be available to use in any recipe.

How to store ?

It comes in zipper pouch so easy to use and store for quick use. Use dry spoon only. Store it in dry , cool place after opening the pack. Storing in refrigerator will increase the the shelf life.

    I have used this Dessicated coconut multiple time. I have used in our traditional sweet, called ‘ Gul Papdi’ , also used in rawa cake. It’s so rich and has retained the actual coconut nutrients The one that you buy from the shop is just powder. Try it to experience it.
