We have made every effort to display colors of products as accurately as possible. . However, depending on your screen, color variations may occur, We cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will accurately reflect the real color of the product.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to discontinue the product(s) or change the quantity of any product(s) displayed on our website, in our sole discretion. The new updated quantity or product information will be reflected on the website in product details as early as possible. Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped from our registered office in Thane, Maharashtra by courier.

Domestic couriers may require 7 to 14 business days for delivery. Order deliveries will be sent between 9am – 6pm Monday – Saturday.

Make your you check for any damage while taking the delivery. Any damage, leakage during shipping or shortage of items or wrong items sent claim must be reported to us on the same date of delivery. Please see the refund and return policy for further details. NaturZest is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments

Termination

This Terms & Conditions Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or NaturZest LLP. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us in writing that you no longer wish to use our Services and provided that you discontinue any further use of this Website.. NaturZest may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Website, and/or accordingly may deny you access to website. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Website or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement. Such termination will be without any liability to NaturZest LLP.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

Entire Agreement

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. NaturZest’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Condition agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NaturZest with respect to naturzest.com and the services provided by naturzest.com and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service) with respect to our websites/services.
