NaturZest_vco_Process How VCO is extracted
NaturZest Virgin coconut oil is a natural, premium oil extracted from fresh coconut milk without heat or chemicals, preserving its nutrients.

From Fresh Coconuts to Pure Goodness

At NaturZest, purity begins at the source. Our Virgin Coconut Oil is carefully extracted from fresh coconut milk, not dried copra. By using a natural extraction process without heat or harsh chemicals, we preserve the oil's natural nutrients, delicate coconut aroma, and exceptional quality.

Step 1 – Selecting Fresh Mature Coconuts

Every batch starts with carefully selected mature coconuts sourced from trusted farmers. Only fresh, healthy coconuts are chosen to ensure premium quality Virgin Coconut Oil.

Why it matters

      • Better nutritional profile

      • Natural freshness

      • Superior aroma and taste

Step 2 – Extracting Fresh Coconut Milk

The fresh coconut kernel is grated and pressed to obtain rich coconut milk.

Unlike ordinary coconut oil, NaturZest does not use dried coconut (copra). Fresh coconut milk is the foundation of our premium Virgin Coconut Oil.

    Result

        • Rich coconut milk

        • Naturally white and creamy

        • Full of beneficial coconut compounds

      Step 3 – Centrifuge Extraction

NaturZest uses the centrifuge extraction method, a modern mechanical separation process.

The coconut milk is spun at high speed, naturally separating the pure oil from water and milk solids.

      This process requires:

          • No heating

          • No bleaching

          • No refining

          • No deodorizing

          • No chemical solvents

The result is exceptionally pure Virgin Coconut Oil with its natural goodness intact.

        Step 4 – Quality Testing

Every batch undergoes strict quality checks before packaging.

        We evaluate:

            • Purity

            • Moisture content

            • Appearance

            • Aroma

            • Microbiological safety

            • Packaging quality

Only batches meeting NaturZest's quality standards are approved.

          Step 5 – Hygienic Packaging

The oil is packed in food-grade containers under hygienic conditions to preserve freshness and quality.

Our packaging protects the oil from contamination while maintaining its natural properties until it reaches your home.

          Why Our Process is Different

Many commercial coconut oils are produced from dried copra and undergo refining, bleaching and deodorizing (RBD).

NaturZest Virgin Coconut Oil is different.

          Virgin Coconut Oil
          A Sign of Purity

Why Virgin Coconut Oil Turns Solid?

Pure Virgin Coconut Oil naturally begins to solidify below approximately 24°C and becomes completely solid around 17–20°C.

This is a natural characteristic and a sign of purity—not a defect.

Simply place the bottle in warm water for a few minutes to liquefy it again. The quality and nutritional value remain unchanged.

          From Nature. To You.
